Worship and praise meetings were held in three churches in the city of Suzhou, in the eastern coastal province of Jiangsu, to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival which took place last weekend on September 10.

After hymns titled “Let Praise Arise” and “The Hope of Our Lives” in Xiangcheng Church on September 10, Reverend Wang Xiaoming shared a sermon titled “Flyback and Reunion,” urging the congregation to open their hearts to grace and enter the kingdom of the Lord. Believers received mooncakes after the service, followed by a charity haircut event organized by the church for its members the following day, the Suzhou CC&TSPM said.

During the worship service at Shishan Church on September 11, hymns and dances were performed by the Good News Choir, Joy Dance Team, Jeduthun Choir and Joshua Praise Group. In his “Longing for Heaven” sermon, Reverend Liu Yingjie encouraged Christians to focus on things that were invisible to the eye and on the kingdom of heaven and transcend joys and sorrows with vision. beyond reality.
