St. Patrick’s Day Parade returns to Delaware Avenue in Buffalo
The St. Patrick’s Day Parade on Delaware Avenue in downtown Buffalo will return after being canceled for the past two years due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The parade will take place on Sunday at 2 p.m. You can find more information here and here.

St. Patrick’s Day Parade in Buffalo’s ‘Old Quarter’ is back
The Buffalo “Old Quarter” St. Patrick’s Day Parade will return on Saturday after being canceled in 2020 and 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The parade will begin at noon at the Valley Community Center and is expected to consist of 100 marching units that will wind through the streets of the “Old Quarter”, including South Park Avenue, Smith, Elk, Hamburg and South Streets. NCCA Men’s Basketball Tournament
“March Madness” is heading to the KeyBank Center in Buffalo for the first time since 2017. The action kicked off Thursday and continues Saturday. You can find more information and tickets here.

Plantasia Garden and Landscape Fair
The Plantasia Garden & Landscape Show returns to the Hamburg fairgrounds after a two-year hiatus due to COVID-19. The show started Thursday and continues through Sunday. You can find more information here and here.

After taking a year off due to the pandemic, Buffalo Soup Fest is returning to a new venue with a smaller format and a new ticketless model. Niagara Aquarium Presents “Penguin Days”
The Niagara Aquarium presents “Penguin Days” at the aquarium Saturday and Sunday. There will be group meetings with penguins, demonstrations, hands-on activities, arts and crafts, raffles and prizes. The celebration is included in general admission. You can find more information here.
