The Venice Film Festival has unveiled its lineup for the 79th edition which will take place from August 31 to September 10, 2022. Acclaimed filmmaker and AFI Alum Paul Schrader (AFI Class of 1969), whose career includes THE CARD COUNTER, FIRST REFORMED , RAGING BULL and TAXI DRIVER, is also set to receive the Golden Lion for Lifetime Achievement at the prestigious festival.
