Earl Scruggs Music fest arrives with Douglas, Tuttle, Fleck

Wednesday, July 6, 2022 – The first Earl Scruggs Music Festival will feature Béla Fleck with Jerry Douglas, Molly Tuttle, Nitty Gritty Dirt Band and Leftover Salmon from September 2-4 at the Tryon International Equestrian Center in Mill Spring, North Carolina.

Scruggs, who was from Cleveland County, North Carolina, played three-finger banjo and performed with Bill Monroe and the Blue Grass Boys and Lester Flatt and the Foggy Mountain Boys, who were instrumental in creating bluegrass music in the United States.
