All teams named their Player of the Tournament and all players agreed that they improved their hockey skills, gameplay and knowledge of the rules.

Schools participating in the fun festival were West Lynn, Glebe House, Holly Meadows, Riverside (Hilgay and Ten Mile Bank), Sandringham, Gayton, Terrington, Nelson, North Wootton, St Martha’s, Clenchwarton, Ashwicken, St Germans, Magdalen, Heacham Junior and Snettisham.

A huge thank you to Pelicans for hosting the event and to the club’s team of sporting officials who refereed and coached the matches all day to a very high standard.

The best result of the day was the number of players who then came to Pelicans junior practice on Saturday morning after being inspired to play festival on Friday.
