  2. Two suspected fentanyl traffickers who were arrested in Queens were released without bail. Queens Judge at the Criminal Court Karen gopee made this decision during the indictment on December 3 Navarro González, 26, of Bell Garden, California., and Juan esquer, 48, of Jalisco, Mexico. Both were commissioned by Go pee will be released under supervision and are expected to return to court on February 1, 2022. (AMNY)
  3. A Queens A man stabbed his girlfriend to death with a sword and stuffed her in his apartment closet before calling the cops to report a theft on Wednesday. The gruesome murder came to light after 37 years that of Peter Ikonomou the mother arrived at the apartment because she had not heard from him for some time and found him apparently under the influence of drugs. When the cops entered the apartment on 85th road, they found the body of Mindy Singer, 35, with a 46-inch sword still stuck in his back. (Yahoo)
  4. The driver of a discount bus pleaded guilty to manslaughter for crashing after mistakenly believing he was heading north Highway 95 on Highway 295. The bus had 56 passengers on board and the crash left two dead, including the death of Janetta Cumberbatch, 81, retired nurse from Queens, and dozens of injured. The driver, Yui Man Chow of Staten Island, New York, will not serve a prison sentence but will perform community service.Independent-Messenger)
  5. Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, LL Cool J, was honored in his hometown of Queens with “The monument of the GOAT. “The statue, sculpted by Sherwin Banfield, has a piece of music that includes real audio and shows LL like his young carrying him his infamous Kangol hat, holding a Boombox with a cassette of his first album, Radio. The new statue is located at Flushing Meadows-Corona Park in the David Dinkins Circle. (Hot97)
