DJ Diesel is now the owner of a Shaq-sized Calgary Hitmen jersey.
Shaquille O’Neal, who was in Calgary as alter-ego DJ Diesel earlier in the week at the Chasing Summer Festival held at the Max Bell Center Festival Grounds, was given a custom Hitmen jersey to fit to the frame of the 7’1″, former 325-pound NBA great.

Shaq received the jersey from Harvey Cohen, vice president of Live Nation, who is also the creator and talent scout of Chasing Summer.
It was the team’s biggest jersey.

I’m sorry, Calgary was 100% ready.

The idea for a jersey, which bears the name “Diesel” and Shaq’s traditional number 34, came from one of Bret “Hitman” Hart’s sons. The name of the Western Hockey League club is a tribute to Hart, a five-time WWF champion and two-time WCW World Heavyweight Champion.
Shaq, who has made numerous appearances in World Wrestling Entertainment, World Championship Wrestling and All Elite Wrestling, might just be a fan of Hart.
According Essentially Sportyhe once scored for The Hitman during a commercial shoot with Hulk Hogan.
That would make Shaq the biggest – literally – Hitman fan.
