The Carmel International Arts Festival returns to the Carmel Arts & Design District this week


Music will be a big part of the Carmel International Arts Festival when it returns to the Carmel Arts & Design District on September 24-25, 2022. With three stages and a variety of musical acts and other entertainment, there’s something for entertain everyone.

On the main stage, the two days will begin with the national anthem. Then, for Saturday, expect Circle City Steel Band, Touch of Grass and Phone Club. On Sundays, enjoy the Kenny Phelps Trio, Midwest Originals and Tim Wright.

On the West Stage, set up near Bub’s Restaurant, experience music and other forms of entertainment including John Alvarado, Ling’s Oriental Martial Arts, Charlie Ballantine Band, Ages Band, Juan Manuel and the Carmel Ballet Theater on Saturday .

On Sunday, John Alvarado returns to the stage, with Goodman Joven Jazz Quartet, Laughing Jack and Music for the Jennerations.

The East stage, located near the Woody’s restaurant, will host various groups of Rock Garage. They will perform a variety of genres throughout the two days. To learn more about Rock Garage and its bands, visit

On Saturday evening, from 7:30 p.m., ART ROCKS returns for the 4th consecutive year. As you enjoy food and drinks from local restaurants and on-site food trucks, listen to the tunes of Barometer Soup (celebrating the music of Jimmy Buffett).

ART ROCKS IV will be a family event for the whole community. Co-organized by the Carmel International Arts Festival and Current Publishing.

Come and enjoy musical entertainment while browsing the works of 120 incredibly talented artists, all set up to show and sell their creations along Main Street and Range Line Road in Carmel.

The festival will take place on Saturday September 24 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and on Sunday September 25 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
