The Farnworth Live music festival will be back this year and the chosen destination has finally been revealed.
After the huge success of the festival last year, the organizers of BL4 Live are delighted to offer a special double day on June 2 and 3 to the residents of the borough.
Located right in the heart of Farnworth, the event will take place at Fern Street Fields, a special venue for organizer Gary Daniels.
Gary said: “The team and I are really excited to have the festival back this year.
“I grew up on Lower Rawson Street and my parents and sister still live there, so hosting the event there is like being at home.”
The event will run for two days with tribute numbers for stars including Ariana Grande, Lionel Richie, Coldplay, Beyonce, Meat Loaf, Paloma Faith, Rod Stewart, Robbie Williams and more.
“We have an amazing roster of acts over the two days and we just can’t wait to see the community come together in huge numbers like they did last year,” added Gary.
“We would like to welcome local independent traders who may wish to join us on this day.

Farnworth Councilor Paul Sanders said the festival put the town on the map.
He said: “Farnworth Live is another bright spot, to add to the progress of recent years, which once again puts our proud town firmly on the map.
“Festivals like this positively bring our communities together. Residents are looking forward to Farnworth Live 2022.”
Tickets can be purchased online at farnworthlive.com with adult tickets priced at £30 and under 18s priced at £15, for both days.
